Our Mission is to fulfill the great commission: Matthew 28:19, Mark 16:15-16, and Acts 2:38. Therefore, our mission is to go into all the world and present the gospel of Jesus Christ to every person through preaching, teaching and living the Word of God. In the process, we will provide exceptional service in ministering to people's total needs spiritually and naturally.
OUR CORE BELIEFS »
The Bible
The sole basis of our belief is the Bible, composed of the 66 books of the Old and New Testament. We believe that Scripture in its entirety originated with God and that it was given through the instrumentality of chosen men. Scripture thus at one and the same time speaks with the authority of God and reflects the backgrounds, styles, and personalities of the human authors. We hold that the Scriptures are infallible and inerrant in the original manuscripts. They are the unique, full, and final authority on all matters of faith and practice, and that there are no other writings similarly inspired by God.
God
We believe in the one ever-living, eternal God: infinite in power, Holy in nature, attributes and purpose; and possessing absolute, indivisible deity. This one true God has revealed Himself as Father, through His Son, in redemption; and as the Holy Spirit, by emanation.
(1 Cor. 8:6; Eph. 4:6; 2 Cor. 5:19; Joel 2:28).
Salvation
The central purpose of God’s revelation in Scripture is to call all people into fellowship with Himself. Originally created to have fellowship with God, man defied God, choosing to go his independent way, and thus was alienated from God and suffered the corruption of his nature, rendering him unable to please God. The fall took place at the beginning of human history, and all individuals since have suffered these consequences and are thus in need of the saving grace of God, which was administered by the apostles in the book of Acts.
